The Problem

Emotions drive our world, yet we rely more on technologies & machines. This creates a huge gap between management & employees. We work relentlessly on bonding human emotions with organization vision and not just numerical objectives. Every organization is looking for numbers, but the organization should stimulate emotions that invoke the human spirit for achieving the numbers.

 Key Activities

Team Handcraft operates on a well-defined system called MCHT (Methodology of Coursing Human Treasure), which comprises of Pre-training activities like Need Analysis, Pre-workshop course, Operation integration, Preparation of Course Material, Instruction objective, and Training delivery, i.e., Execution of content through PowerPoint presentation, materials, activities and finally the Post-training analysis such as Feedback loop, Post-training analysis and report to ensure the desired result is delivered on creating a mindset & skillset for employees to achieve organizational objectives.

Why we exist?

We believe in the coexistence of objectives of both the employer and employee community. Not just the coexistence of objectives, but both the stakeholders would have the same objectives if it tuned well. The objectives will be to serve the wellbeing of the employer and employees with the right orientation. At Handcraft, we have a secret recipe for creating that tuning.
We don’t just exist or live; we are passionate to thrive ahead to create a business culture in which employees not only know their worth but focus on exploring their potential to deliver their best in building a community of a better world.

What is special to us?

KRAs and KPIs have great advantages in achieving a company’s strategic plans, but such objectives have a negative side effect. It may ruin the orientation towards the organization’s basic values, vision, and mission in the long run. Reorienting the employee community to the fundamentals shall help improve the employees’ morale and better net productivity.

How do we deliver?

MCHT (Methodology of Coursing Human Treasure) is a process wherein sessions don’t limit classroom training but go to individuals and business transformation. A pool of more than 100 plus eminent trainers, trained well enough to carry the spirit of MCHT in result orientation. We don’t believe in acquiring a list of clients but create strong pillars of developing a strong economy.

Shemimon Yousef

Shemimon is awarded as the leader of the team that ranked as highest certified manpower in India by Nexa while working for Maruthi Suzuki India. He was the former Assistant General Manager in-charge of HR- Learning & Development at AM Motors, one of the leading channel partners of Suzuki India. His team was also awarded the highest certified manpower three consecutive times in the Kerala region at Maruti Suzuki.

Shemi is a Graduate in Commerce and a well-accepted sales coach. He has conducted more than 500 training programs. He was the finalist of the Maruti Suzuki All India Selling Skill Contest at the National Level and Two times 2nd Runner-up of the Maruti Suzuki All India Selling Skill Contest at the State Level.

Harish Babu

Harish is a Graduate in Engineering and Post Graduate in Business Administration. He is a Certified Trainer of Junior Chamber International (JCI), India. He started his career as a Plant Engineer at ONGC in Surat, Gujarat. He is the Former Vice Principal of Midet Engineering College, Vadakkara. He currently serves as a Guest Faculty of IMG ( Institute of Management in Government), Kozhikode. As a trainer, he conducted more than 1500 training programs.

Asif Theyyampattil

Asif is a serial entrepreneur turned consultant. He started as an entrepreneur in 1999 and initiated many business enterprises within the span of two decades. Dozens of successful Kerala brands were influenced by his works like Quality Entrepreneurs Summit (QUEST), Meet Mentor, and Consulting Interventions.

He is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Bharathiar University and completed many business and law certifications from universities like Harvard University, Indian Institute of Management- Bangalore(IIM-B), and Waseda University- Tokyo. He is active as a full-time consultant at ATBC since 2014, and he has been guiding many very successful business ventures and brands since then. He is also the chairman of ATBIS Data Technologies Pvt Ltd and director of other associated companies of ATBC. He is also served as the Secretary of Calicut Management Association for a term.
